EdgeLock Pty Ltd — effective from the date of first access.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or downloading any PDF, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or the documents.

Use of Website and Downloads

All content, including PDFs, is for informational and professional use only. You may not copy, modify, distribute or resell any material without written permission from EdgeLock.

Services and Bookings

All Safety Leadership courses, custom induction videos, rigging and safety supervision services are subject to written quotation and acceptance. A booking is only confirmed once a signed agreement and deposit (if required) are received.

Payment Terms

Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payment may incur interest at the rate permitted under Australian law.

Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled date will receive a full refund minus any non-recoverable costs. Cancellations within 14 days will be charged at 50% of the quoted fee. No-shows or same-day cancellations are charged in full.

Intellectual Property

All custom videos, documents and materials produced by EdgeLock remain the property of EdgeLock until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the client receives a non-exclusive licence to use the materials for their internal purposes only.

Disclaimer

The information and advice provided by EdgeLock is given in good faith based on the information available at the time. EdgeLock does not guarantee any particular outcome. Clients remain fully responsible for implementing and maintaining their own safety systems in accordance with all applicable Australian laws and regulations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, EdgeLock's total liability for any claim arising from its services or documents is limited to the amount actually paid by the client for the specific service or document in question. EdgeLock is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Western Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Western Australia.
